Help us celebrate the silver lining other folks have found. 

Participants, presenters, and vendors all use the same registration form

There is no fee for anyone, including vendors.

Deadlines:

Regular participants may REGISTER through Wednesday August 4.


Presenters (including vendors) must register and submit a title & abstract (included as items in the registration form).  The deadline for submitting a title and abstract has been  extended to Friday, July 23, 2021.


August 3rd is Participant presentations* 

9am–3:30pm PDT  ...  10am-4:30pm  MDT  ...  11am - 6:30pm CDT

August 4th: Vendor Presentations & Breakout "Booths" **

9am–11am PDT  ...  10am–12pm MDT   ...  11am–1pm CDT
Vendor  Booths** 11:30am PDT ... 12:30pm  MDT ... 1:30pm CDT

Vendor presentations are 5-10 min focusing on how their product(s) would be useful in teaching a specific concept in astronomy or other science topic. 

**Rather than a Q&A period after each vendor presentation, there will be breakout "booths" that will run for a half hour (or more if desired), with each vendor having their own breakout booth (free of charge). Attendees may enter and leave breakout rooms at will, much like in a normal in-person vendor exhibit hall.

Important information for presenters:

In addition to registering and submitting Title and Abstract by July 13, 2021, presenters are required to submit their presentation as an electronic document by July 20, 2021. 

Please plan on  submitting your paper as a PDF document for inclusion in our conference Proceedings.  If you submit your slide set for the Proceedings, you must include annotations or notes that adequately clarify what each slide is about.  

The papers chairperson will contact you  about where to submit your paper.
